Sandee's expertise was shown to us every step of the way. She kept us informed of all actions needed and ensured they were completed correctly and timely.. Sandee's kindness and understanding of the situation was so appreciated. She is not only a wonderful agent she is a lovely person who we were fortunate to get to know. Your company is fortunate to have such a competent and gracious representative.
Sandee made this sale pleasant and totally painless. I was expecting more hassle since I am out of state but she made this feel as though it was a routine for me. Very straight forward and honest communication about what possibilities could arise and already had plans to correct issues if the came up. Excellent experience.
