Samantha Ritter was outstanding to work with from day one. All through the process she was professional and helpful with any questions and concerns and worked well with the escrow office, lawyer, contractors and inspectors needed. We would highly recommend her services.

Great realtor, very responsive and professional. Helped me get the house during 2022. It was a crazy time, people were in bidding wars, paying 40k over the asking price. Samantha helped me get my place not only at the value that the seller was asking for, but was also able to get 5k below asking price! Great realtor, if i ever sell or buy again I’ll be contacting her. happy 2024, hope all is well!!💪

Samantha is an unbelievable realtor. Not only is she charming and friendly, her customer service is top notch. Every relator experience I had before her left me feeling like they were just trying to make a buck off me, while doing the bare minimum. Everything felt so impersonal. Samantha helped me and my wife feel so comfortable through the whole process. I gave her the parameters of a home I was looking for and she was so diligent in sending the properties that fit within my criteria. She was so diligent that the house we closed on was only on the market for a day! Her work ethic showed and it made the process so fast when we closed. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Samantha and I would highly recommend her as an agent to anyone looking for a home.
