Sam was incredibly helpful throughout the entire home buying process. We were first time home buyers and Sam made navigating a very challenging market far less daunting. She understood our goals, found great listings that met our criteria, was patient with us when it came to making offers, and helped guide us to a final successful offer. She went out of her way to recommend things to see, places to eat, etc. whenever we were seeing a listing in a new town and would always pre-walk listings to ensure we wouldn't waste our time making a trip to see something that she knew wouldn't be the right fit. She was extremely easy to communicate with and always made herself available to talk strategy and answer questions, even if that involved further follow up with the seller's agent, checking town records, etc. We would strongly recommend working with Sam to find your next home!!

She is truly a exceptional real estate agent. She will have your best interest in mind and will guide you through getting the best deal, that help ensures, offer is fairly priced and competes with other offers. She will also look for properties that suit your needs and style. She also helped me a lot with negotiating with last minute changes to my contract signing, by working with my lawyer and seller's agent. She also helped me with recommending best lawyers, inspecters etc. I am fortunate to have Sam as my real estate agent.

She is amazing! Our house buying journey took a little over a year - and she was extremely patient with us through the entire process. She knows the local market like the back of her hand - and is very honest with you in terms of expectations. We live about 2 hours away - and she even volunteered to go see houses for us and sent us video of the place. Buying a house in this market is stressful - but Sam was right there with us through it all! Also, she always recommends a good place to grab coffee in the various towns we saw houses in! She found us our dream home and we couldn't be happier or more thankful! If you're looking for an agent - look no further!

Samantha was the MVP of our rental search! She took the time to understand our needs, our backgrounds, and our vision for our next home. We are expecting a baby, and as a mom herself, I trusted her completely to be thoughtful about the needs we would have for the safety and comfort of our growing family. Over time, Sam was so in tune with what we were looking for, we felt comfortable having her lead our search when we left out of town and out of the country! The home we finally chose was one she found and helped us negotiate, while we were still thousands of miles away! Samantha is communicative, thoughtful, consistent, and a strong negotiator. As a family moving from NYC, we wanted our first home in Westchester County to be a smooth transition. Sam gets it and ultimately helped us find the right home for our next home, at the right price and at the right time. I wholeheartedly recommend her and look forward to working with her again soon!

Sam helped us buy a new home and listed and sold our other property. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the local market. She had a system and a plan for both the purchase and sale. She works around your schedule and is very organized and detailed oriented. I highly recommend working with Sam as your listing agent and/or to purchase a new home. Sam is not only our agent but has become a dear friend throughout the process. Buying and selling a house is stressful, but Sam put our minds at ease and really helped us through the process seamlessly. When we are in the need of an agent in the future, she has my business locked up!

We worked with Samantha Palo on finding a rental house, and we couldn't recommend her more, both for those looking to rent and buy. She took a great deal of time and care to get to know my husband and I. She couldn't have been more patient with us: she educated us on the Westchester market and she helped us debate buying vs. renting in current market conditions. She sent us suggestions as soon as she saw potential fits come on the market, she was always more than happy to take the time to show us new properties, and she was in constant communication with us with as our offers were being considered. She even compiled suggestions for nearby daycares! We very much look forward to working with her again at the end of our lease.
