Samantha, was very knowledgeable, professional and committed to making sure everything was done correctly and documented. I truly appreciate Samantha for her dedication and determination to help me with this process. Thank you very much you are amazing and I will continue to work with you in the future.

Great realtor! Helped us through every step. Kept us informed. Got back quickly to all our questions. Very friendly!! House sold quickly. Thanks Samantha Hart!

I've only had experience with a few realtors, but out of those few I would have to say Samantha was the front runner! Everyone has their own style and way of conducting business. Sometimes it meshes well with you, and sometimes it doesn't. Samantha was knowledgeable, down to earth, attentive, not too pushy, and best of all, respectful. Her style was encouraging rather than pushy, which we prefer. She knew how to give direction and advice, and knew when to give it, which for us was most important. She never forced her opinion on us, and always maintained, "what you guys want is most important because you'll be the ones living here, not me!" ; ) I, unfortunately, had an experience with another realtor, who was a little too pushy and to the point of interrupting my fiancé's and my way of conversing and our flow while we were selecting our home. It was off putting, and on some levels, there was a lack of respect. Samantha never breached those boundaries. She was a great fit for us!

Samantha was very easy to work with. She got started and had my house listed right away, and I had an offer within 2 days . She was also patient and informative every step of the way. If I had questions, she would find the answer the same. I also referred my son to her for buying a home. She always had house lined up within a day or so, and helped him through the FHA loan process.

Amazing to work with!!

Going extra miles for me and my family working late using her computer skills to help me with my varies document needed to close 100% will use u again my Queen give u your flowers always.

Samantha is a great agent. She cares about people and helping their dreams become a reality! She even gave a presentation to my youth about how to become a real estate agent.

Samantha was Really Good for us! We’d experienced an agent prior that was a hot mess! Samantha was recommended to us, we’re so happy we contacted her! She is easy to speak to, she answered all of our questions and we had a lot, being first time buyers. She actually was our eyes from Texas to purchase our home in Rockford. She didn’t just sell us any house, she checked out several from the top to the bottom inside and out until we found the one for us! We Are Very Happy and will be recommending her to all we know that are house hunting..
