Nancy Pickett is beyond words! Delightful, insightful, trusting, direct pros and cons, follow thru unbelievable, caring and ALWAYS at the ready to answer any and all questions - minor, major and in-between! Nancy is a guiding light and is available even after the sale is done and closing complete!! PLUS, my interaction was one viewing in St. Clair before I traveled back to North Carolina. Everything else has been done by listings and viewings with one of my friends and his wife! I have purchased my new place remotely!! A task that Nancy has gone above and beyond in making sure I've been catered to 1,000%! Recommending Nancy Pickett with accolades to the sky!! When Sine & Monaghan lists something YOU are interested in, definitely ask for Nancy!! You'll be overly satisfied with her service and making sure you are well taken care of... Sincerely and Proudly... Bob Banning

Leslie Peterson went over and beyond to help us get into our new home. She’s very professional and responsive with any and everyone of our needs or questions. I will definitely be using her if we ever decide to sell again, we are extremely happy with her!

Andrea is excellent with watching all details and communicating back in a timely manner. She gave advise when asked. I would highly recommend her to my friends in the St. Clair area. She’s the best!!

Andrea Brieden was my realtor. She was very detail oriented. Organized and on top of everything. I have already recommended her to a friend.
