Sam has always been a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to explain all aspects of the transaction, and makes sure I have all the information I need to make a decision. If there's a change (there's always something!) Sam is quick to react and help navigate the problem.

This is the 3rd house that Sam has sold for us. He is very attentive to details and strives to deliver excellent customer service. It is a pleasure working with Sam. I would recommend Sam as a realtor.
