This is the second property we have purchased with Sally and Korbyn. They were available any time of the day to answer questions and take care of issues - including a few midnight phone calls! They know many quality trades people to help make the transaction go through in the time frame requested - which was huge since this was a quick closing of only 2 1/2 weeks from signing the contracts. We had not moved in 22 years, so packing and building out a new closet for the buyers made this time intense. Sally checked on me daily plus provided boxes (even sent her husband with more boxes). Then the day before closing, she shows up and loads her car with some of our delicate things and then helped us find a plumber after hours due to the shut off valve not working for the washing machine. The day of closing, Sally arrived to walk through the house to make sure we had not left anything. With 20 minutes to go, she was stuffing items in her purse and in her car getting us through those final tense moments. After we unloaded, I could not find two critical items. I called Sally at 10:30 that night and she remembered where we put them! Sally and Korbyn made this entire process less stressful and we could not be more pleased with the outcome! Besides making us feel like we were their most important client, their sense of humor and kindness truly made it as enjoyable as moving can possibly be.

Sally and Korbyn were great walking me through the steps of selling a house. They kept me in the loop and answered all of my questions, which made it easy for me. I liked the way mother and daughter were a team, with each of them doing different parts of the process.
