Sally and Shari did an astute appraisal of my house. They were good communicators. They advised me to get a preinspection. I paid for painting, some necessary repairs and staging. I received multiple offers. It was a smooth, positive experience.

My wife and I recently were able to purchase a home and we were thankful to have Sally on our side as our realtor. We had been looking for a home quite a while and had worked with a few different realtors recommended to us. We met Sally by chance and immediately recognized her competence in the industry. She is professional and her experience in the industry was a great perspective to lean on while we made decisions. She is empathetic to our desires and clearly on our side but she was also honest with us. The more we worked with Sally the more we trusted her. She and her team will be our only call with any future buying and selling and our only recommendation when friends or family need a realtor :)

Having previously worked with Sally to buy my house, amid the craziness of COVID home buying times, I knew with certainty that she's who I wanted to work with when it came time to sell. Sally is communicative, hard working, professional, and experienced. Throughout the process of both buying and selling with Sally, I felt confident I had the team I needed for an efficient process. She always felt accessible and kept me informed every step of the way. I always felt that I was a priority and that things were happening in the background to get my house sold on my tight deadline. She's exactly the kind of realtor you hope for and if I ever return to the area I'd choose to work with both her and her business partner Shari again.

had the pleasure of working with Sally and Shari to sell my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and dedication. They provided clear guidance from the beginning and helped me prepare my house for sale. They were hands-on with staging and yard work and ensured every detail was handled. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process. During my difficult transition, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend Sally and Shari to anyone looking to buy or sell a home—they are the best in the business!

Sally & Shari deserve more than 5 stars! They are a terrific team full of energy, confidence, knowledge and amazing customer service. Just wow! Hire them for your real estate needs, you will be in good hands from start to finish and beyond!

What can I say about Sally Hardwick & Shari Kruze? Sharp, great communication skills, sense of humor and very savvy on all things real estate. They handled EVERYTHING! We had interviewed three realtors and it was very clear from the get go that Team Sally & Shari would be our choice. I would say to anyone looking for a professional team to make life easy for you when selling your home… go with Team S&S!

Sally was just the best. We actually interviewed 3 separate realtors for the sale of our West Seattle home, and she won that vote. And we are so glad she did. Sally was aces with responsiveness, eye for detail, keeping all the moving parts on track, and just plain being pleasant to work with. We would highly, highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking to take the sting out of a complex real estate transaction.
