Sally was great and fast ! Back in MA now but would use her team again. Thanks

Sally and Wyatt were both very helpful in the sale of our late mother's home in Flat Rock. Their familiarity with the local market and their ability to work well with prospective buyers were invaluable in getting a quick offer above asking, leading to a successful closing. This was especially useful to us as out-of-state sellers.

Sally is personable and solidly professional. Her work reflects years of knowledge and experience in the area, and I'd happily recommend her to others.

Before hiring Sally Baker, I worked with two other incompetent real estate agencies, and neither of them demonstrated they were actively marketing my home. In other words, they were not transparent. Sally, on the other hand, was clear and open from the start and proved their marketing of the home. The real estate market in Hendersonville, NC, this past year has been challenging, making it more of a buyer’s market. Because of this, I priced my home fairly, especially after making multiple price reductions. In the end, the final offer I received was much lower than what I originally paid for the property. Very disappointed. With no other offers on the table, I made the decision to accept it and move on. On a personal note, it felt like the buyer was taking advantage of the market conditions, which ended up lowering not only the value of their new home but also the value of similar homes on my block. I was disappointed that the seller's agent—who, from what I understand, had some challenges with her client—didn’t recognize the broader implications of this and share that perspective with the buyer. On the flip side, Sally Baker was exceptional throughout the entire process. She kept me informed at every step and communicated with me clearly and professionally. Now that the house is off my plate, I really hope the market improves in the area. Sally is truly a consummate professional and one who I would recommend to others if they were buying in that area.

Sally was referred to us by a friend. She diligently worked to find us a home in the Highland Lake Village area. She and her partner Wyatt were conscientious in the communication and follow up on both the sale of our prior homey and the purchase of our home in Highland Lake Village. They provided the extras to find what we were looking for and close the deal.

Sally and her co broker Wyatt were always available advocating for our best deal. They went over and above in committing to the sale and purchase of homes and will constantly refer them to others. They knew the market and worked hard on our behalf to not just sell our home but to find a new one in the desired area.

From first meeting with Sally Baker to the final call after closing, I knew I’d made the right choice in agents. I needed a lot of guidance through the process & Sally delivered every step of the way. She maintained a positive outlook & gave me reassurance that my house would sell even though it was taking longer than expected due to factors beyond our control.

Sally took the time to get to know me and my wife and provided a bespoke buying experience. We were so impressed that we hired her to sell our house.

Buying a home is always stressful. Sally was our trusted guide and agent from beginning to closing and beyond. She understood what we were looking for and focused on just the right homes and then guided us through the closing process. Her knowledge and expertise is unparalleled, but more importantly she has integrity. You can trust her, and that’s important when you are buying a home.
