Very professional and thorough in his process; a pleasure to work with. He finds great tenants, and I highly recommend his services.

Shabir rented our NY apartment with exceptional service. His marketing, from YouTube to Instagram, made our unit competitive. He diligently vetted tenants, answered our questions, and offered well-informed advice. Handling paperwork and payments seamlessly, Shabir is highly recommended for his expertise in marketing, tenant vetting, and documentation.

Shabir was SO incredibly helpful in finding me my dream apartment. I was in a dire situation with a rat infestation in my place and needed to find somewhere quickly. The moving process is already a pain, and usually dealing with realtors adds to the headache. BUT NOT SHABIR! He was so communicative, even texting me with information while he was on vacation. He really went above and beyond, and I will definitely use him again. I found the apartment of my dreams for such an amazing price, and I'm so so happy.

My family and I recently worked with Shabir. He was attentive, communicative and understanding about our need to find the perfect home. He made sure he went above and beyond to help us secure our dream home. He is very professional and made the process seamless.Thank you, Shabir, for getting us started on our new chapter in life
