Sabrina is the best! We have used her for 4 perfectly smooth and seamless transactions.

Sabrina is the BEST! She went above and beyond to get us our DREAM property! She conquered every possible thing that could have interfered with the deal! Her and her team are AMAZING!

We bought a home in Keswick 25 years ago. Sabrina ( then in her early 20’s) seamlessly facilitated the sale. We had stayed at a Bed and Breakfast and inadvertently met Sabrina. She was able to locate, show and negotiated the sale. Finalization was accomplished as we drove home in the north. She arranged legal counsel and was present at our closing. More recently, we had recommended her to our neighbors. The sale of their home was quick and seamless as well. And we have consulted with her to find contractors for kitchen and bath renovations. We are privileged to have been able to have Sabrina’s professionalism, expertise, experience and negotiation skills put to our service. She is a total asset to her company.

Sabrina thank you so much for your help. It was seamless, and appreciate you!

My agent was very helpful in navigating the ins and outs of the home building process in dealing with the builder, the other real estate agent involved, the mortgage process, and the closing process. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the purchasing of my home. I came to rely on her for advice. I could not have purchased my newly built home with out her! Kudos to Sabrina Thompson!!

Sabrina Thompson went up and beyond to help navigate the purchase of my new home. She lead me through every step and gave me a wonderful referral for my mortgage. Anyone who uses her as their realtor will be more than happy with the service they will receive. Thanks Sabrina!!!!

Sabrina, thank you for keeping us well informed and providing explanations with every little step. Thank you for being so efficient, for being accessible every minute of every day, and always having a positive attitude. That definitely helped ease the anxiety. On a scale of 1-10, you are a 20!

I had worked previously with Sabrina Thompson on a house sale a few years ago and found her to be very pleasant and always prepared to answer any questions I had plus offering good suggestions of her own. She put together very professional materials and photos for advertising the property and the house sold in a short time. I could not have been more pleased and when I recently needed to sell my present house, I did not hesitate to call her again. She was just as professional and gracious as before and had kept up with the new ways to advertise a property. Again, it was a very quick sale. I recommend her highly.
