Ruth was great from the start of the process, from the listing, all of the showings, the open house. She was always very understanding about my sometimes silly questions, but always very honest with the answers and easy to understand. I had a very wonderful experience from the start to the closing. It was stressful at the end , but that was certainly not the fault of Ruth. I would certainly recommend Ruth to anyone for a real estate process.

Ruth did a fantastic job helping me buy a house. She was very flexible when completing all the items necessary for closing. She met quickly with the inspectors and workers to meet the short closing deadline that was set. I would highly recommend her to people. Unfortunately, the seller's agent also works for Reece and Nichols and he was not as good to work with. I was told there would be a credit at closing but when a higher backup offer came in, he retracted that. I'm assuming he was hoping that would make me back out. He was also not helpful during inspections. Hopefully he is not indicative of other agents in the office. I was VERY happy with Ruth and her son. They are a fabulous team.

This was our third real estate journey with Ruth, and once again she exceeded our expectations. She always takes the time to truly listen to our needs and offers thoughtful, helpful guidance every step of the way.

This is the third real estate transaction that I have worked with Ruth. Ruth goes out of her way to keep everything going as smoothly as possible. Ruth remains professional when difficulties arise and has talked me off the cliff several times. Ruth went above and beyond several times for me, Atone waited for the movers while I went to sign the closing paperwork. I can't recommend Ruth and Antone enough. Excellent customer service and communication everytime.

Working with Ruth has been a long and fantastic journey! I started house shopping 3 years ago, changed my mind on what I wanted several times and was very picky about wanting certain amenities and Ruth stuck with me through the whole process! I honest have to say I didn’t just have a real estate agent, I had a friend through the process. And I am so grateful that I had Ruth as my agent! Thank you so much my friend! I’ll be coming back when I decide I’m ready for the next property!

I can’t speak highly enough of Ruth Miressi as our real estate agent. She sold our home very quickly with multiple showings and helped my wife and I buy our new home at the same time. Her professionalism, wealth of knowledge, honesty, integrity, and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented and truly listened to our wants and needs when we were buying and selling our home. The Miressi group is great with people and has a knack for matching the home to the home buyer. She was very attentive to handling all the requests from the new home builder, our mortgage companies’ requests and handling all day-to-day issues with building a new home. We wouldn’t work with anyone else!

Ruth and Antone were available whenever we needed them, and sometimes with little notice. Moving from out-of-state made house-shopping a bit challenging in a highly competitive market with homes selling the day they were listed. Ruth helped us strategize both being available to see houses that were coming soon, and to structure our offers to end the bidding wars. Ruth listened to our wants and needs and narrowed our search such that after a short while of looking, nearly every home we saw, was potentially the right one.

We had such a greet experience with Ruth! We are out of town which made our home search tricky, but Ruth worked so hard to make sure our experience went smooth. She drove all over the city on multiple occasions to make sure we could see homes in the short time we were in town. She is very responsive and her experience is so helpful to keep things on track to close. Thanks for everything Ruth!!

Awesome job by Ruth! We don’t live in town so could not easily handle local details necessary to prepare for going on market and close. She went above and beyond even assisting in getting post inspection repairs arranged. I highly recommend her!

Ruth ROCKED our home search!! She created boundy areas of where we wanted to look for a home and we received area updates daily. She was always available when we could go look at homes. She even went and looked at one for us when we could not. Took pictures and videos. She made the offer, paperwork, and closing a breeze. We knew we would find our home with Ruth!!
