Ruth helped our family through a very difficult time, selling our mom's home. Her knowledge, professionalism and compassion were what got us through. We so appreciated her regular communications and her prompt and thorough responses to our questions and concerns. She worked tirelessly for us and never stopped until it was done. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome, and Ruth made a challenging process so much easier for us. Thank you for everything, Ruth!
Ruth recently handled the showing and sale of our mother’s lake home. She expertly juggled working with a trust company and was especially thoughtful in communicating continually with me and my sisters. Ruth had sold this house to our parents 33 years ago -amazing- and we couldn’t have chosen anyone better for this second phase. She is a gem!
Ruth was very knowledgeable about the property in the area and was willing to show the properties as we needed and answered any questions we had. She was easy to work with, timely and thorough.
It is awesome working with professional realtors. They delivered evey expectation that our family needed to get the house ready to put on the market. They answered our questions promptly and really made the entire process easy for us. They put in the extra effort to things right. Theymade it easy for us to do all the paperwork remotely, which was very important to us. I would recommend this team to anyone whether you need to buy or sell. Ruth Clemens is the best and would recommend her services to anyone.
Thank you, Bill Gonzalez
My recent lakefront home sale experience with Ruth is that she continues to be an outstanding asset when you are looking for an agent. Her commitment to her clients, market knowledge and detailed execution on all fronts is second to none. All aspects from listing through closing went smoothly. I would highly recommend Ruth and her amazing team including Tom Bailey and Jason Britton. Each one with their varied experience/insight making the team unbeatable!
Ruth is fantastic. She has been our Buyer’s agent or seller’s agent on several real estate transactions in the Houghton lake area and she has always been very responsive and has gotten the job done well each time. We were expecting a loss on our recent transaction but Ruth’s skills allowed us to walk away with a profit!
