Ruisi Shi was outstanding and incredibly efficient in helping us secure our condo, we can't recommend her enough! As picky buyers, we had a lot of specific requirements, but Ruisi was very patient and dedicated. She went above and beyond at every step, explaining the process clearly, keeping us updated at all times, and staying on top of things with the lender and title. Whenever an issue came up, Ruisi was quick to provide solutions and keep everything on track. She truly brought it all together for us. We'd absolutely work with Ruisi again in a heartbeat for any future purchases. Thank you for all your help.
