⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Roxane Menna – John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate I cannot say enough wonderful things about Roxane Menna and the outstanding service she provided in helping me find the perfect condominium in Naples, Florida. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Before I even arrived in Florida from Rhode Island, Roxane was already emailing me listings and helping me narrow down my choices. Once I arrived, she dedicated multiple days to driving me to see more than 15 condominiums, patiently answering my questions and helping me find the one that was the right fit for me. Her knowledge, professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to finding the right property were exceptional. What impressed me most was that her service didn’t stop once I selected my condominium. Roxane also helped arrange a local attorney to handle the closing, making the entire process that much easier. Finding a home in a new state can be overwhelming, but Roxane made me feel supported every step of the way. She truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to ensure they are happy with their decision. I highly recommend Roxane to anyone looking to buy a property in Naples. Her dedication, responsiveness, and personal attention are truly exceptional. She is a pleasure to work with, and I am extremely grateful for all her help!

As a first-time home seller, I truly could not have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, she was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly easy to talk to. She took the time to walk me through every step of the process, explained things clearly, and made sure I always felt informed and confident in the decisions being made. Since I was managing the sale remotely and couldn’t always be at the property, she went above and beyond in ways I never expected. She checked in on the home regularly, cleared small items to prepare for the photo shoot, and even packed some boxes for me when I wasn’t able to. Her willingness to step in and help with those extra details meant more than I can say. Her communication was outstanding. She was responsive, proactive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I always felt well cared for and supported. I’m so grateful for her professionalism, dedication, and genuine kindness. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
