Working with Rosemarie was a true pleasure. Her insights, expertise and contacts ensured that we were able to prepare the home quickly to time the market well. This is the second home we have sold through Rosemarie and once again she was again able to generate lots of interest in the property and staged it beautifully to present it at its very best. (and sell well above our asking price!) Personally, through dealing with two house sale over a ten-year span, she became a friend. She has a tender heart for the families she works with. Rosemarie will give you high quality professionalism and genuine care.

Rosemarie Sire is an excellent realtor (5 stars). She is very knowledgeable and reliable in helping us to buy the property on Summer Ln successfully. We look forward to doing business with her again in future.

Rating: Excellent, I would give more stars if possible. Rosemarie guided my family and me during a very difficult time as our father passed in April of 2022 as we needed to file documents for their trust and have a reassessment of my mother's home. Rosemarie educated me on the process and gave me the tools and sites that lessen my anxiety to take on this heavy responsibility for my family. Having a caring person understand the situation really eased my burden. I would highly recommend her to anyone having real estate dealing as she has the knowledge and experience, but most of all she is a kind, honest and caring person.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Rose Sire who served as the agent in the sale of my home. Rose went the extra mile in all aspects of the sale from explaining the process, staging and showing the house, and sealing the deal. Rose's long-time experience in the real estate industry is impressive; she is highly intuitive and knowledgeable. She has an expansive team of people upon whom she can call for help with minor or major improvements that will boost sales. Rose communicated with me every step of the way and I am confident that she represented my interests. Rose is much more than competent, she is a top-notch real estate professional. And...she is a kind, caring person who leads with integrity. I strongly recommend Rose for any of your buying or selling needs.

5 Stars. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Rosemarie was very professional and answered any questions that I had very nice person and will refer her in the future. Thanks, again Shelly Scott

When my father passed away I call Rosemarie to sell his home. Being from Washington State this could have been very difficult. Rosemarie took care of me by contacting all her unlimited resources to get the house ready for the market. Rosemarie was a rock I leaned on during this difficult time. She has been our realtor on bothecour family homes. Her years of experience shines through.

We are writing to express our complete satisfaction with Rosemarie Sire and her team as our realtor. We were pleased from our first meeting, where our concerns about our move were met with a strategic plan of action that met all our needs. The sale was simplified and expedited by Rosemarie's knowledge, expertise, and marketing plan. Her efforts resulted in 11 offers in only 4 days bidding up the price to way above the asking price and terms of sale beyond our expectations. Throughout the process she kept us up-to-date and was very responsive to our questions and has always had our best interest at heart. Rosemarie knows the market and the process. We highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs. Tom Corbett & Maeve Browne

Rose Sire is truly a dedicated and caring real estate professional with many years of experience. She was our listing agent for the sale of our home after 20 yrs of living there. Her and her team were great in organizing everything to get our house sold quickly and get us the price we wanted. She stayed intimately involved throughout the process which helped to make selling our home a smooth transaction. She truly cares about her clients and always made herself available to us to answer questions. Her business partner Dani Walker was also amazing in assisting with the sale and facilitating the process. Dani was a master at getting us maximum internet exposure, which helped get our home sold quickly at the right price. I couldn't be happier with them and would absolutely highly recommend Rose and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
