Rosemarie Franzese is very knowledgeable, professional, and always solves my Real Estate requirements. Rosemarie is a huge asset to Howard Hanna Rand Realty.
I can't select a star for rating. I was going to select 5 stars. Working with Rosemarie was very pleasant. She kept up with me, checking in on the process and was always available. I would have liked a little more proactive assistance, like suggesting to include getting a fresh coat of paint on the walls as a prerequisite.
Rosemarie is an excellent Agent. She's knowledgeable and shared information with us to assist in making the process easy. She is professional, caring and friendly. We believed in her and she delivered. The best Agent I've ever done business with.
