She chose and directed the stager in staging where needed, and she or one of her staff was on site whenever the stager or movers were there. We were impressed with the photos which Rondi had taken for advertising purposes, as well as the content, timing and amount of advertising she did. We showed our home by appointment only and Rondi was the one who showed it. This was important to us because she knew the house well and was the one to hear the buyer feedback. The buyer was from a foreign country, and Rondi worked very well with the buyer’s agent by making certain that all paperwork was interpreted properly and in order. This included coordination with escrow and followthrough to closing. We could not have been more pleased with Rondi’s services. She is the consummate professional and provided personalized service from beginning to end.

When the market was really slow, rather than encouraging us to drop the price and sell it, she recommended we wait and then helped us put it on the market as the market was rising. She was at almost every showing, informed us when there was a showing, and gave us the feedback from the potential buyers. Among other special circumstances, there was a problem with the title and she worked through it with the right people for us. She recommended many excellent contract people.
