From the moment I met Kathy, she had me convinced that she and her team were the best people for the task ahead. Kathy guided me every step of the way and helped me organize the daunting mountains of paperwork and material items to be sorted through. She even spent weeks working with me in my parents’ family home of 50+ years. Whenever there was a need for outside services, she had the people who had worked with her for years come to make repairs, clean up the landscaping, get the pool in sparkling condition, etc. When I was absent, Kathy stood in my place. I cannot praise Rommy enough! First she sold my home in Yorba Linda for about $100k more than we though we would get..and in THREE days! Recently, she represented me as the buyer. I went to an open house, and though I was not even looking to buy, I fell in love with the house. With all of the  people that were there and the positive feedback, I knew there would be multiple offers. I called Rommy that afternoon and told her I'd found my dream home, help me get it! My offer competed against 6 others and due to her help in drawing up my offer and her fighting for me with the seller's realtor, I got it!
