Rochelle is the best agent i had so far,she went above and beyond, although the area i was looking for is not on her assigned city she still helped me until the end. Originally house hunting with my husband, but he suddenly got sick when we put an offer on the house,so we have to pull out our aggreement bur she did her best for us not to pay an earnest money and she waited and help me along the way until I am ready again to purchase a house.,and we finally closed one! I would reccomend her to any body that need to sell or buy a house.

Rochelle Arriola was our trusted guide throughout the entire selling process. We couldn’t be happier, thanks to their strategic pricing and excellent marketing. Our home sold in just a few days for over asking price. They made an overwhelming process feel easy, answering every question along the way and ensuring closing went off without a hitch.

Thank you for all the supports to buy and sell a house in Ohio!

She helped is to but and sell the house. She is familiar with local area and has people who can help us to take care of the house.

Rochelle was great to work with. She was very helpful and gave great advice while negotiating. I will definitely recommend her to others!

We had the privilege to work with Rochelle and Jeremy to help us with our house sale. Our move to Florida was quick and we needed somebody professional and trustworthy to execute the real estate details for us quickly. My husband Chris and I were blessed to have them. They made sure everything we needed was taken cared of. We didn’t need to worry about anything else since we were already preoccupied with the move. They took care of everything so well. We could not have chosen a better team. I admire how light and we easy talking to them was. I admired how they took care of the big things to spare us from worrying. More than anything, I truly treasure and value the friendship and the family we found through both of them. Thank you Rochelle and Jeremy for helping us give our first home the perfect new owners who will love, enjoy and make beautiful memories with it the way we did.

Rochelle is an angel to those who dream of having a home. She will always be there with a positive outlook, and will make sure that every buyer is in good hands.

Rochelle is the BEST realtor I've ever worked with. She helped me buy 3 properties for myself and 2 others for my brother and cousin. I tell everyone i know if they want to buy a house in Ohio, Rochelle is the ONLY person i will ever recommend and use. Besides doing just her job, she goes above and beyond her duties to make sure everything stays on track and I am informed of everything that takes places. She does her due diligence and I know i ask a lot from her, but she always comes through! EVERY TIME! There's so much more i can say about Rochelle! There's no one better! I'll continue to use Rochelle for all my Ohio buying needs and by the way, Im in FLORIDA! She's the best! Thank you Rochelle for everything you do for me, my friends, and my family! If there's an award for Realtor of the Year, that award belongs to ROCHELLE !!
