Robert Keppel is an excellent agent. He knows South Tampa, he listened to what my husband and I asked for, and he worked around the clock to ensure we were well informed of the status of our home purchase - all while we were 6000 miles away. I cannot think of a single complaint and will definitely work with Robert again in the future!
Living in the Tampa Bay Area since he was 4 years old, Robert grew up in Clearwater, graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. Degree in Political Science, and spent most of his adult life working and living in South Tampa where the neighborhoods, schools, shopping, and dining offer almost everything desirable that one might imagine. Robert honed his career skills in the retail industry for major "big box" department stores where he served as an Award Winning Store Manager with particular success in Achievement of Sales and Exemplary Customer Service. His desire and continued emphasis on contributing to customer enhancement and customer gratification led him to enter real estate as a second career where he has actively served as a Florida Realtor for over 8 years of which 5 have been with highly recognized and trusted Smith & Associates Real Estate. Robert's success with both Buyers and Sellers as customers has resulted in numerous sales of homes ranging from waterfront and gated communities to townhomes and condos.
