Rob is the only real estate agent I have met who really cares more about you as a person being happy with your home decision making as a whole than the sale itself (how the neighborhood, mortgage, yard, space, stairs, storage, etc may impact your future life and how they link up with your goals). To know that he is thinking with us as a second set of eyes about these goals as a team is priceless. Rob is a terrific listener and communicator. He is straightforward while respecting autonomy. He truly goes above and beyond. We can't recommend Rob more highly.

Rob was absolutely amazing! He was referred to us by close friends, who he helped find their first home a couple of years ago. They only had good things to say when they recommended him. We originally reached out to Rob over a year before our purchase. Since it was our first home, we wanted to have a good idea of the market before we dove in. Rob was wonderful and happy to send us updates and housing listings to keep us up to date long before we were formally 'on the market.' While we are forever grateful that he would provide such great service for 'off the market' clients, it was when we were seriously ready to buy that the magic happened. Rob showed us a large range of homes, taking care to ensure they had the characteristics we had outlined in our conversations. He was also more than willing to show us homes we had found in our own research online. Ultimately, the home we purchased was one we thought we didn't like after viewing online photos, but Rob showed us the home and we fell in love. The economy (Summer '10) is not exactly friendly to first-time buyers. The process was tiresome and frustrating, but Rob was there every step of the way. He kept up with the required updates to our purchase, stayed in touch with our broker, and most importantly: informed us of all the details in a manner that was understandable to us. We would recommend Rob in a heartbeat, and he has been an asset in the process of purchasing our first home. Thanks, Rob!

Rob sold us our first Seattle house in 2011. (We were not easy customers, but he rolled with it.) He's been our go-to agent ever since. This time, we needed to find a great house quickly in a neighborhood we didn't know at all. He got us up to speed fast. We found the house on the first day, and closed in less than three weeks. As always, he was a total pro.

Rob was our agent for the first home we bought, and I learned through that process that Rob was someone whom I could trust and also someone whom I could be comfortable with during a very stressful process. This experience was no different, and once again Rob proved to be reliable in his expertise and genuine in his communication. Home buying is emotionally taxing, and Rob made the process so much easier. I always knew I could call with any questions, and his humor helped me to laugh at the various heights of my panic. Rob is the best!

I always felt like Rob was on our side and had our best interests at heart through every phase and nuance of the transaction (which took 20 months to complete)!

I trusted Rob and I felt comfortable with him, two things that I considered to be the most important when working with someone on such a huge task. I would recommend him without hesitation.
