We recently purchased our home in Oro Valley with Rob Daurenheim.  Rob was the first realtor to respond to our Zillow request to view homes.  Rob made it easy to arrange times with owners to tour the homes we requested.  Rob’s prompt communication made the process less stressful.  He answered or texted within minutes.  Rob was well informed of the available houses in our price range and preferred location.  He presented with professionalism and friendliness.  We were under pressure to find a home for work relocation.  The entire transaction was completed quickly and accurately.  Rob did all the work and we would highly recommend him to future clients seeking to purchase a home in Tucson.

Rob Dauernheim of Tanque Verde Trio and the whole team did a fantastic job for us when selling our home.  We asked for a quick, cash deal and that is exactly what we received and Rob was there every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly.  We were and are very pleased with the team.

Rob is by far the best Realtor we have ever had over many years. We made the connection with Rob early in our search and called him about seeing a specific home we found. His timely actions on the very first day made the difference and secured the deal on a special home. We completed an offer with  Rob's guidance on a Saturday morning. He helped us with a counter offer on Sunday and the property was ours by the end of the day. He also negotiated the funding for a couple of repairs. Rob knows the ropes and is a master of the whole process. He was always ahead of the seller and lender document needs and requirements as well as scheduling the inspections early in the time line. He also provided timely advice to us during he process. It was great dealing with Rob. We highly recommend Rob

Rob did an excellent job through the entire process of representing my wife and I as a buyers agent. He sent us only appropriate listings to review and his follow up was immediate and courteous. We both would highly recommend Rob, no matter if you are buying or selling.

My wife and I are from Washington state and were looking for a winter home in the Tucson area. My cousin is a realtor in WA and researched a realtor for us in AZ. He came across Rob and felt he would be a good fit for us. Rob not only turned out to be a good fit...he was a great fit. Rob is not only extremely knowledgeable in his industry, but great at building relationships. He was extremely patient through our indecisiveness. My wife and I loved working with Rob and were very fortunate to have him on our side.

Rob was great; helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, he knows Tucson and he is a good negotiator. He is super responsive and keeps on top of all the details. Definitely would use again and recommend to anyone

My brother and I were in Tucson for a limited period of time from KY to look for a home (two weeks). Rob worked very hard to show us as many houses as possible during our time here, and we found the perfect home. An offer was made and accepted then we left 2 days later to go back to KY. The rest of the paperwork was done via internet. Papers were signed on-line, and what info was needed from us was also faxed to him. Rob worked his magic in getting all the necessary people lined up to do their part in this process and we arrived back in Tucson one day before signing the final paperwork. We would highly recommend Rob as your RE professional.

I cannot begin to describe what an exceptional job Rob did for us. From the very beginning of our journey he was always there for us. We started looking while out of state and he was there for us every step o  f the way. He went above and beyond so many times and put care and attention into every detail. The best part about Rob is he was very patient and laid back. We never felt any pressure from him and he made sure we didn't make any rash decisions. I would recommend Rob to anyone buying or selling. He is absolutely amazing to work with and will get you results quic jkly.
