It has been a huge pleasure working with Rick Misencik. He guided us through every step and was always very helpful and understanding. He made the process very smooth.
I would highly recommend Rick as a realtor to anyone.
I was extremely satisfied with the way I was treated and the way things were explained to me by my agent, Rick Misencik. There were many things that made my house sale different for me and for Rick. My house was located in Stow, OH and I live in Clarkesville, GA. Rick guided me through all the steps that needed to be done. He made very good suggestions to me about things that I needed to have done before the house went on the market and he assisted me with finding the people to do the work. I was satisfied with the price he suggested that we listed for the house and it sold quickly. I would be happy to recommend Russell Real Estate Services, Inc and Rick to anyone that is looking to sell their home.
Rick Misencik was sensational. If not for his above and beyond efforts, my purchase of the property would never have gone through. Will recommend Rick and Russell to everyone
Rick is the best realtor. I bought and sold many properties with him and every time I was more than happy with his service and professionalism. My son bought his first home with Rick. I will recommend Rick to anyone in my family or a friend.
