As first time home buyers, this process can be scary and overwhelming but Rick, Sonia, and McKenzie made the entire process a breeze! We felt very comfortable, they all explained the process very well, and answered all our questions in detail. They made sure we understood everything and we didn't feel pressured. Rick & Sonia Berg are our personal friends, but in addition to that they always had our best interest in mind. Covid made the process a little more difficult, but all precautions were used. Kathy also helped show some houses and that always kept us informed as to the details, Kathy is outstanding! McKenzie was so informative, prompt, and always responded to our questions thoroughly & immediately. The "team" we dealt with at Ruhl&Ruhl was outstanding in every way we needed.
