Richard Vickers is the only realtor we will ever use for buying or selling a property. His patience, knowledge and expertise makes the process go so smoothly, Berkshire is lucky to have him.

Richard Vickers has been our longtime realtor for my parents, bothers, and myself. Our family has worked with Richard over decades. He has our long-term trust, consistent results, and personalized care. Richard has long-standing expertise in the local market, relentless dedication, and absolute integrity that makes every transaction smooth and stress-free. If you need to buy, sell, or rent your property, Richard is your subject matter expert.

We were looking to buy a rental property in Torrance. Richard helped us find one. He was our go to guy. He knows the area well and guided us through the ups and downs of buying now. We found the right home with Richard's help. Even the seller's realtor was impressed with Richard. Compliments from a peer. Thanks Richard for all your hard work!

Thank you.

Richard Vickers handled our purchase of a condo professionally and with great concern to do the best for us. I highly commend him as a real estate agent, and would be happy to recommend him to my family and friends. It was a pleasure to have worked with him.
