Richard was great to work with. He was patient with us and provided much helpful information.

Great service and person! Extremely knowledgeable and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. We are first time home buyers and was able to complete this an entire purchase from out of state with Richard’s expertise, explanations, and down to earth heart. He is the best referral I have ever received and went above and beyond his normal duties to help us with anything we needed being so far before our move. Would not hesitate to refer him to anyone!

Richard Stone was willing to spend months looking at properties in the middle of nowhere and sometimes in questionable areas without complaint. He was very kind and helpful.

Richard was fantastic all the way through the process of selling our home. He was always prompt and followed through with any promises. When we ran into some title issues he helped us navigate through them and did the research to find the proper resources to fix the problem. We were so grateful for his help and we highly recommend him for any real estate needs.

Richard has been a godsend to me and our family. He is so patient and works with you on your own level of understanding of the complexity of real estate buying and selling. Always there to lend a helping hand in all aspects of selling, buying and coordination of the intrinsic steps involved. And the best part is he is a real person who has become a part of our new journeys in life! Will always be grateful for him in my time of loss of my husband and the many changes I have gone thru! Thank you Richard!

I would highly recommend Richard Stone to any one of my friends or family members. He was so helpful in getting us through buying our first home. He was excellent at communicating and went above and beyond taking care of us Richard is a kind, and caring man who never made us feel like we were just another sale

Rick went above and beyond what any of our expectations were at the beginning of this journey. He was very helpful and not afraid of getting his hands dirty. We can never repay him for his support and Friendship. Thank you!

I don't think that I can put into words how helpful Richard has been in the sale of my 10-acre property in Cave Springs. As I started to explore the possibility of selling the land, Richard did the usual realtor work of providing data from comparable properties and suggesting a range of values. But as I more deeply considered what it meant to me to sell off this portion of my grandparents' farm, I realized that I did not want the land to be turned into yet another bunch of houses on 0.25 acre lots. I wanted to preserve the land to some degree and maintain the quality and character of the property as it was developed. Richard talked through a lot of scenarios with me, and I eventually decided to subdivide the land into 5 lots of varying sizes. Since I do not live in the area, it would have been nearly impossible for me to handle all the details necessary to re-zone the property and work with the engineer to subdivide the parcel into lots. Richard (incredibly and unbelievably) attended these meetings in my place and shepherded the entire process for me. During the process, we hit several unexpected complications from the city, but Richard always kept me in the loop and aware of the current situation. Richard then found a single buyer that would respect the intent of my conservation wishes. For this, I am eternally grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend Richard Stone as an excellent realtor who listened to my unusual desires. But I also recommend Richard as a man of integrity and honor. Truly, it was a pleasure to work with him. Vance Unruh
