If I could give Richard (And Michelle!) more than a 10/10 rating I would. They dealt with my less than wonderful handling of having a property that failed inspection with grace and calm, and gave me step by step instructions along each step of the way. Closing soon! I have seldomly felt so well supported by anybody.

Working with Richard was great! He was very knowledgable and responsive, answering every question we had and keeping us informed of every step in the process.

Richard was absolutely the best realtor anyone could have. He always responded quickly to any inquiry, kept us apprised of any available properties that met our criteria, tirelessly toured us around to properties and pointed out so many things that may have gone unnoticed by our inexperienced eyes!

Richard and Shannon were great to work with. Very quick to answer any questions and were very knowledgeable. They work hard to make sure the process goes smoothly. Would definitely use them again

Richard was instrumental in securing our dream house! Richards dedication, quick action and resourcefulness, ensured we were able to purchase our number one choice of houses in a very competitive market. Highly recommend working with Richard and without a doubt, he is a difference maker. 5 stars all the way! Thank you again Richard!
