Rica was phenomenal! She went above and beyond what I believe is expected of a realtor. She with her husband’s help took care of a lot of things on my behalf…finding people to care care of storm damage and motoring their work and also helping me get rid of furniture and fix minor issues. I would highly recommend Rica to anyone interested in selling their home in that area.
