Another success! Ive been using Rhonda Vitoulis as my real estate broker, for several years on a multitude of properties - both rentals and sales. My properties were in Brooklyn. Rhonda was on it soup to nuts - start to finish! She handled it all I appreciated that very much. The photos were great and professional, the staging and marketing excellent. We had multiple bidders in a not so great market which I felt was directly due to her strategy, sales acumen and marketing as well as pricing. She managed to get the highest price ( above ask I want to add) but also the best buyer. The deals were headache free for me without any snags and closed as planned. I've recommended her on many occasions to friends and family who have used her. Most recently to neighbors in NYC who were also very satisfied on the recent sale of an apartment in the West Village. I wouldn't hesitate to use her for any rental or sale of property I have in the future.

I highly recommend Rhonda for selling a NYC co-op. From the beginning it felt like we had a strong ally in selling our (estate) co-op apartment. She gave us good advice on changes and fixes needed. She was very responsive and communicated regularly. She went to the apartment and checked it in advance before critical dates/showings and let us know if anything needed to be cared for. She networks well in the industry and brought in many viewers and credible offers above asking price. (This was despite the fact that other brokers we interviewed told us to ask even less.) She showed good judgement and offered good advice, but she always honored our wishes if we had differing opinions. When the time came, she knew how to close the deal. Also, Rhonda was very pleasant to work with.
