We recently moved to Lancaster California, from northern California. Rhiannon Collado handled the transaction and it was very easy, We came down to Lancaster on a weekend to look around and see what was available. We only had a limited amount of time to spend in the area looking at homes and Rhiannon had a list put together of homes that met our requirements. With Rhiannon's help and expertise we found one we liked and we were able to handle the entire transaction from our Northern California location including inspections, document signing and all the other busy and paper work involved in purchasing a new home. We are now in the process settling in our new home and we are delighted. So thank you Rhiannon, it would not have possible without your help, guidance and expertise.
