There’s no way to overstate how helpful it has been to work with Reza!! Through all stages of the buying process. We showed up with little to no experience in real estate, feeling very tentative about trying to buy a home. Despite that, he spent a lot of time with us at the house on our first meeting, including off business hours, so we could get the full feel of the house. He knows Berkeley/Oakland housing very well, and has experience in architecture, so he had a lot of relevant knowledge and assessments to share on the spot, even for a fairly unusual/unique house. Within a matter of days we had kicked into gear and assembled an offer, which was only possible through his coaching and connections, to guide us through every step (especially finding a lender and insurance that would work specifically for this neighborhood). At the offer deadline, he engaged very proactively with the seller team throughout the entire day and positioned us expertly through the competition while minding our limits. He had already prepared us with possible negotiating tactics, so when the time came for quick decisions with high stakes, they were easy to make, which sealed our result. Reza’s engagement didn’t stop there—he continued to coach and advise through the closing process. And even beyond that, with some infrastructure works we had/are having done after the purchase, he’s taken an active interest and has been able to recommend quality help for the house. He continues to make a difference!
Reza’s attention to detail and overall sensibilities really matched up well for us, starting right from the beginning, so we were able to trust him and work together efficiently.
