Renee was great to work with. She got the job done fast and right. She made everything go smoothly and explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely recommend her to friends!

We have worked with Renee Roy twice before our latest purchase and have always been very satisfied with the way she caters to all our needs. She goes out of her way to make sure that we know everything we need to know before we do anything. Not that we’ll buy again, but if we do we’ll always look up Renee!

Renee went above and beyond for this purchase, greatly appreciate her patience, efforts and service even after closing.

Renee Roy was excellent. Very personable, attentive and thorough. She always kept me up to date with developments in real time. I definitely plan to use her again soon!

Renee was very responsive to my questions. She helped us understand the home selling process and broke it down into steps that made it much easier to understand.

Rennee Roy is a great agent, very helpful in every way !!

Very pleased. Communication was excellent. The whole process was great.

Renee was beyond awesome! We had a challenging sell of our house and Renee was always there to make sure where we stood and took the time to help us understand next steps and helped us get the most out of our house and property!! She really made the process smooth for us and always does the homework to know what is going on in the housing market. We have come to Renee multiple times either for buying and selling a house in Maine and would not go to anyone else. She is definitely the best and we would highly recommend her for buying or selling a home!! Thank you very much!!! Rob and Allison

This was my second time working with BHG Real Estate but my first time working with Renee. This was also my first time buying and selling at the same time. Renee was amazing to work with. From the first day I met her I knew I made the right decision. I instantly felt like we had been friends for years. My house went under contract pretty quickly and Renee helped guide me through the ups and downs of the entire process. Finding the perfect house for my family took longer than I was hoping as we were in several multiple bid offers. Renee’s expertise really shined through as we were going through the inspections and appraisals. There were many occasions where I was stressed out but each time Renee called and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Renee.
