Renata was immensely helpful in my goal to sell my coop as quickly as possible for a great price (while I was already living out of state). Her professionalism, responsiveness and expertise were really helpful for a first time seller. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Westchester area! "

"Renata did an outstanding job working with my husband and me to purchase our first home! She is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the home-buying process and about the area. She is incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions thoroughly, no matter how seemingly small. Renata said she would guide us as she would guide her own children, and we truly felt that way throughout the entire process! We could not be happier about our experience with her!"

We can't say enough about Renata's skills as a real estate professional. She is smart, tactful, pleasant and a great marketer. She advised us on how to position furniture for maximum impact and on pricing strategy. Her advice was excellent and we were very pleased with the results."

Renata is a dream come true! Our family needed to sell our home and buy a new home at the very same time, which I thought might be impossible! Renata came to our rescue with her unmatched local knowledge, professionalism, kind and caring character, and positive can do attitude! What a blessing she was to us! Renata listed our home, and in seven days we had 7 offers- all over asking price and the highest one being $51K over asking!! It was amazing, I had never imagined that could ever happen and all we did was trust Renata and listen to the invaluable advice she had given us! Working with Renata gave us a calm in a very anxiety-inducing process and knowing that she was handling every aspect of it helped to alleviate all of our fears! All of our transactions went smoothly and I have to say we could never have done it without Renata, she is truly a gem! In the future, we will definitely call on her for all of our home buying and selling needs as she goes above and beyond her job title as a realtor! Renata is hardworking, professional, intelligent, knowledgeable, kind, understanding and classy, and if you are looking to work with the best person to help you sell or buy a home, look no further, youve found her! Renata gets the job done, and you will rest assured knowing that she knows exactly what shes doing and always has your best interest at heart!! Amazing experience!!! Thank you Renata!

My husband and I were first time home buyers and Renata was exceptional. She came recommended from a family member and we were not disappointed. She was extremely knowledgeable and patiently guided through the process clearly explaining each step along the way. One of her strongest attributes is her communication. She was extremely responsive even at night and on the weekend and would check in on us regularly. Renata has many contacts within the real estate world which proved helpful for us on several occasions. We have already recommended her to another family.

I dealt with Renata on the purchase of my current home approximately 16 years ago and just recently the sale of my parents home...so, I have dealt with Renata on both sides of the fence. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional, trustworthy, calm/calming (after all its a stressful purchase!) and a great person who gives her time willingly. The sale of my Mothers house took just a few days. Renatas recommended price of the house was perfectly in line with the market and gave me suggestions on how to spruce up the house so it would show to its advantage. I wholeheartedly recommend Renata Douglass for all of your real estate needs - and I am sure I will contact her when I am ready to sell the house I currently own. She is a very special person in that world of Real Estate!

Sold a Co-Op - White Plains/Valhalla Schools and Purchased a Single Family Home - White Plains - 10603Renata was wonderful! Couldnt ask for a better experience! She responded to our calls and texts right away and had exceptional knowledge of everything real estate.

I felt totally at ease with Renata! I bought my first place with her help. I had not a clue what I was doing but Renata guided me through. I never doubted that she knew what she was talking about and I felt she had great expertise about real estate in the area. She was very responsive and answered every last silly question I had. Overall, she made what could have been a very scary process-relatively easy. I would recommend her to anyone! She really knows what shes doing!

I highly recommend Renata Douglass! She went beyond my expectations when I decided to sell my house in the winter and move out of state. With the snow and issues with the house, she was there every step of the way helping with referrals or being there to let workers into the house. She is honest and works hard for her clients and made selling my house as stress-free as possible. She was recommended to me and now I am recommending her to anyone who needs to sell their house!

Renata was a pleasure to work with. From our initial contact to the closing she was there for me every step of the way. She was knowledgeable about the market in our area, receptive to my needs and always responded in a timely manner. I would recommend her to any prospective home buyer.
