Reid did a great job finding rentors for our two properties. He brought a lot of people to look before finding 2 appropriate tenants. He is diligent and polite and provided appropriate leases. We would use Reid again.

I recently had an outstanding experience Reed Hawkins. Their knowledge of the local market was truly impressive, and they were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was their dedication to finding exactly what I was looking for in a home. They listened attentively to my preferences and concerns, which made me feel confident and supported every step of the way. I'm definitely planning to work with them when I'm ready to make a purchase. Highly recommend!
Reed was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and was able to get most of the properties. We wanted to look at set up very quickly when it came time to close. He was also responsive and working with the lender and sellers. Highly recommend.
