When we found the house we wanted to buy she was a solid presence in offering advice, to include recommending a better mortgage option, determining best offer/pricing strategy, and how best to address some flaws the home had that needed resolution with the seller. She was and is everything you would want and need from a realtor. And she was a genuinely nice person, warm, fun to be around. She’s a keeper!
