Rebeca was extremely knowledgable about the area, was able to submit an offer the same day, negotiated our offer in a multiple offer situation and supported and guided us in every step through the transaction. She was very detail oriented and professional.

Ms. Finn was raised in Santa Cruz county so she is very familiar with the different areas of the county. She is very personable and professional to work with. I was impressed with her knowledge of the market and her responsiveness to my needs.

I would highly recommend Rebeca to anyone looking to buy a home. I really enjoyed working with Rebeca, and she found me a great house. She is very friendly and easy going, and I felt comfortable with her right away. Rebeca was also professional, skilled, and prompt at the business end, guiding me through the home buying process in an efficient manner. I appreciated her attention to detail. It was so convenient to be able to look at properties and sign documents online. I would choose Rebeca as my realtor again.
