Randy was great throughout the entire experience. Super knowledgeable and willing to help in any way she could. Even post-closing, she continues to be a great local resource as we make the transition from Philly to NY.

I had an excellent experience working with Randy to secure my new apartment at 1833 Palmer Ave. From the very beginning, when she stepped in to help look at local listings, she was incredibly proactive, setting up a viewing right away. Where Randy truly shined was during the lease negotiation and application phase. She skillfully navigated the back-and-forth communication with the listing agent to ensure my specific redline modifications regarding utility clauses were successfully integrated into the final lease. Randy organized all the administrative moving parts flawlessly—from managing the Dotloop signatures to keeping me entirely on track with the exact checks and documentation required for the building's management company. Her communication was clear, prompt, and highly professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Randy to anyone looking for a seamless, expertly handled real estate experience in the Larchmont area!

Yet another positive experience. Bradley Brammer is and has been amazing with all our real estate needs. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Randy as well this time around. Thanks to both.

As first time home buyers my husband and I had numerous questions and concerns. Randy with her knowledge, experience, and most of all patience easily answered and eased our concerns. She answered all of question and listened to our concerns and help address them until we were satisfied and eased. When we finally made our purchase we made it with confidence and reassurance. That was all do to Randy's patience with us. I will be recommending her to any home buyer.

Working with Randy was an exceptional experience from start to finish! She consistently impressed me with her responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to ensuring the best possible outcome for me. No matter what question I had—big or small—Randy was quick to research and provide thoughtful, accurate answers, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free

This was our first time moving in together as a couple and we wanted to find a good apartment in the Country Club area of the Bronx. We reached out to Randy at the end of March, and within a month, we signed the lease for our dream apartment! Randy made every step of the process as easy and straightforward as possible. We ran into some obstacles from the leasing agent, but that didn't stop Randy from going above and beyond what was expected to help us secure our dream apartment! She responded to us very quickly and was extremely helpful in answering our many questions. If anyone needs an excellent real estate agent, look no further than Randy! She's simply the best!!!

Helen and Randy were a pleasure to work with. They were personable and professional, they had great recommendations of things to look for and really knew what was important and what was superficial. I would recommend them highly.
