Raleigh was great to work with. From the first conversation on the telephone to the closing, he made everything easy. On short notice, (less than a day), he cleared his schedule and made himself available to go look at available properties because my schedule was difficult. We went from an initial walkthrough to a contract, to a closing in a total of 30 days. He stayed on top of everything and kept me informed throughout every step. Because of his local knowledge, extensive experience and personal relationships, Raleigh made the entire purchasing process very easy. I would certainly work with him again and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good realtor!

Our experience from the first phone call to move in has been nothing but amazing. We have felt so welcomed and Raleigh’s knowledge of the area, real estate and the process is superb. He is so personable and patient. He has so many contacts that every question we had was answered immediately. Even after move in, he has gone out of his way to answer our questions and help us. We cannot say enough about how much he has helped us and validated that we went with the right company. We would recommend Raleigh and Megan 10 times over.

Raleigh was absolutely amazing! I really cannot say enough about how welcoming and knowledgeable he was. We would never use anyone but Sotheby’s for real estate based on our experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Working with Raleigh and Megan was one of the best decisions we made during our move from San Diego to Texas. From day one, they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process.Relocating a family with three young children across the country comes with plenty of challenges, especially when you’re trying to buy a home in an area you don’t yet know well. Raleigh and Megan made what could have been a stressful experience feel remarkably smooth and manageable. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and ultimately helped us find the perfect home in our dream neighborhood.Their knowledge of the Fort Worth area is second to none. Raleigh seems to know every neighborhood, school district, and street inside and out. They spent countless hours helping us evaluate communities from Aledo to Southlake and arranged multiple days of showings to make sure we had every opportunity to find the right fit for our family.Beyond simply helping us find a house, they were true advisors throughout the process. They provided recommendations for schools, preschools, utility providers, local services, and everything else we needed to make a confident move to Texas. Their guidance was invaluable. When it came time to negotiate, they executed at an extremely high level and represented our interests exceptionally well. We always felt informed, supported, and confident that they were advocating for us every step of the way.Perhaps most importantly, they were patient, understanding, and flexible with our family throughout the entire journey. Anyone who has shown houses with young kids knows it can be chaotic at times, and Raleigh and Megan handled every showing with kindness, professionalism, and a great attitude.Simply put, they consistently delivered far above expectations. I genuinely can’t imagine navigating this relocation and home purchase without them. If you’re buying or selling in the Fort Worth area, I cannot recommend Raleigh and Megan highly enough. They are outstanding professionals and even better people.

I can’t recommend Raleigh and his team enough! As a Fort Worth native, his insight into the different neighborhoods in the city was super helpful when trying to decide which area was the right fit for me. He made it a point to show me a variety of types of homes so we could figure out exactly what I was looking for and be ready when the right house came along. He was also super responsive not just while I was looking but also during the closing process. I love my new home and am so grateful to Raleigh and his team for helping me find it! I would 100% work with him again!

Raleigh and Megan have been fantastic to work with. Their communication was excellent and made the process seamless. They are thoughtful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and transparent. I highly recommend them.

Raleigh and Megan were fantastic to work with. While we were faced with a weak market, low viewing traffic with a previous agent and pricing challenges, Raleigh and the team were able to get us maximum exposure and increased traffic very quickly. We also were moving out of state and we working with a tight schedule, they were able to keep the momentum and delivered an interested buyer just in time. If you have a property, especially a higher end one, I highly recommend the Raleigh Green Real Estate Group!
