Rachelle is a breath of fresh air in the real estate business. When she learned of our interest in purchasing a home, she took complete charge in evaluating the sales potential of our existing home, identifying and arranging for the correction of issues necessary to sell, listing, staging, showing, responding to offers and negotiating the sales contract.
