We had a great experience working with Rachel. Since the first phone call it was like talking with an old friend. We were relocating from CO to VA through my spouses company which adds a 3rd party and additional paperwork to the process. Our experience was seamless. Even in a low inventory market, Rachel found us homes specific to our needs for a MIL suite since we are caring for my mother. She had no problems finding us different homes that checked the boxes but also provided vision when they didn’t in order to make it work. She took us around to show us the unique charms of each neighborhoods and took us to lunch at a place that has also become one of our favorites. When there were major renovations in homes we were interested in Rachel verified if permits were properly filed with the town. She was always available when we needed her and even put a pause in family time to submit an offer on a home for us. We’ve now been in our home for almost two months and she still keeps in contact with us helping us in any way she can. We really appreciate all she’s done for our family!

She is very patient and considerate. We flipped a property last year (2022) and Rachel sold that property in 2 days for more than we ever thought possible.
