Rachel Schoenfeld was the best realtor I could’ve asked for. This was my first time buying a home and frankly I had no idea what the process was and what to do. Rachel made the process simple and easy. Rachel explained everything to the best of her ability and I rarely had any follow-up questions because she already covered everything. Knowing Rachel personally helped out the process as well as she knew what home would fit my lifestyle to best. After digging, we found the home. Rachel was able to find out every little detail about the home, what was good, great, and what needed to be worked on. When she found something that needed work, she researched and negotiated so repairs would be uncostly but the best work could still be done. Rachel was dedicated to my home buying process as she drove hours away to where she needed to be and always showed up early or on time. Rachel knew my needs, and was able to acquire them. Along with Rachel was her team as well and hats off to them for making the Lending and Title process as easy as I could’ve asked for. If I had to restart the process all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Rachel was excellent from the moment we contacted her. She immediately came over to look at the house and started making suggestions on how she thought it could be made more marketable. While these suggestions did cost money, the house sold incredibly quick and I feed they were well worth it. The pictures she provided for the listing were incredible as well. During the whole process she was easy to get a hold of, even though my wife and I were out-of-town for most of it. Especially at the end while the house was under contract, she provided assistance and guidance far beyond what I would consider the typical obligation of a realtor.
