My partner and I sought out to purchase our first apartment last April. Frankly, we were very green and in over our heads. For the first couple months, we had been dealing with listing agents and having very limited success until my partner met Rachel at a listing. After that viewing, she told me that Rachel would be the perfect person to have by our side during our search and buying process.
Let me tell you, I am so thankful that we met Rachel. Rachel was patient with us, she helped us narrow our search area from 7 neighborhoods to 2, and she gave us immense insight in the process that we were so new to. This eventually led to our purchase. Rachel helped us navigate the murky waters of the offer stage and was communicative throughout the entirety of closing. She helped us stay on top of lawyers, the bank, building management, and the listing agent.
I doubt we would be sitting on our new couch in our new apartment had we not had Rachel by our side for 5 months. We certainly value Rachel tremendously and I hope Corcoran does as well.
