Rachael Burks is a miracle worker of the real estate industry. She was excited to show my family and I an array of properties, helping us define exactly what we wanted in a home. She is knowledgable, professional and made our home buying process FUN - as it should be! Once we found the home we wanted, she fought for us and worked her magic. Rachael helped us submit a competitive offer that was quickly accepted, out of the 10 offers on the table. We were over the moon. The work did not stop there, as Rachael had a team of inspectors, lenders and other resources ready to spring into action to make our rapid closing time possible.
