I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Rabbab Khan on the purchase of my home in Schaumburg. From the very beginning, she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly responsive. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions in life, and there are so many moving parts — inspections, negotiations, lender requirements, deadlines and endless questions. She handled everything with such care and confidence that the whole process felt much easier and far less stressful. What I appreciated most was how available and responsive she was. No matter how many questions I had, she was always quick to reply, explain things clearly, and guide me in the right direction. I never felt rushed or pressured. I always felt that she genuinely had my best interests at heart. Over the course of the process, she became much more than just my real estate agent — we developed a real friendship. That says a lot about the kind of person she is. She is not only excellent at what she does, but also kind, trustworthy, caring and genuinely invested in her clients. I am truly grateful for all her help and support in finding and closing on my home. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. She is outstanding, and I feel very fortunate to have worked with her.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Rabbab as our realtor, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! From start to finish, Rabbab demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, deep market knowledge, and a genuine commitment to ensuring our needs were met every step of the way. One thing I really appreciate about Rabbab is that she made sure that we didn't lose on either of our deals. We not only had to sell our current house, but purchase a new one and she provided support and guidance along the way. She was very patient with us when we did not find the house we loved right away, and was always available for last-minute showings. She was also great at responding to messages when we had concerns or needed updates on our deal. We have small children, and Rabbab went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and taken care of at showings. She set everything up beautifully for our open house and went above and beyond to make sure potential buyers had a warm welcome. When we finally found a house, Rabbab was able to help us secure a lender that got things done quickly, and even connected us with reliable contractors to help renovate our new property. We cannot recommend Rabbab highly enough to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and dedicated realtor. She has earned our trust and gratitude, and we look forward to working with her again in the future for any real estate needs. Thank you, Rabbab, for making this such a wonderful experience!
