Whitney was referred to my mother and I by my sister and brother-in-law. At the time we were still living in Florida and came to North Carolina to visit my sister and see the area. We met up with Whitney to view some new build communities and right from the get go, we understood why Whitney was referred to us by our loved ones. She was attentive, professional (without being stuffy), inquisitive, and made us feel instantly comfortable. When we returned to Florida, Whitney also researched local agents and found an absolutely gem of an agent who was outstanding in helping us sell my mother’s home. Whitney maintained communication with us while we were still in Florida to ensure we were being taken care of and then once we finally moved here to North Carolina, she continued to ensure that everything ran smoothly in the home buying process. During the walk-through, she inspected every detail of the new home and ensured the builder knew of any discrepancies she found. Additionally, she always made sure to alleviate any concerns we had. My mother and I feel lucky to have had both a great selling agent in Florida (found by Whitney) and buying agent here (Whitney herself), which made a very stressful process a little bit more sane. We’d use Whitney again in a heartbeat.
