PJ was excellent and I would fully recommend him. As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were pretty clueless on the process. PJ happily spent time explaining details to us such as due diligence and timelines and procedures (things we had no understanding of). PJ was with us through every part of the process, helping us by ensuring we understood what was going on. PJ even called me with a list of questions to ask potential lenders when comparing lenders so we could get the best deal and service. PJ also has fabulous negotiation skills. We were very impressed and happy we had PJ.
