Philly has been supporting the dream of homeownership as a licensed Realtor® for over thirty years. Her career began in southwest Florida and she has followed her passion for real estate to a variety of desirable regions across America - New York, North Carolina, Nevada, and Arizona. But it has always been Florida’s Gulf Coast that has beckoned her return; she can never seem to get her fill of the alluring climate, the endless array of exciting outdoor recreation, and the area’s signature as one of the nation’s happiest places to live. <br><br>As a sales agent, Philly is known for determination, hard work, and a positive outlook. She approaches real estate with a happy heart and equipped with the right knowledge, embracing a market that is constantly changing and reinventing itself. Philly began selling timeshare and resort properties in the mid 1980’s and transitioned over the years to specializing in equine estates, golf course properties, and new homes. Philly also channeled her creativity, love for real estate, and outgoing personality into a television show, “Come Home to Pahrump with Philly Stewart”. She hosted the series for two years which addressed the challenges of relocating to a new state, community, and culture. Philly still holds an active license in Sun City, AZ where she worked for Tempus West Valley Realty and was the recipient of the Sterling Award and placed in the top 6% of sales agents for sales volume. <br><br>Philly is originally from Long Island, NY and currently lives in Englewood, FL. She has five sisters – all of whom live in various parts of the country. Her son, Chase, is the City Planner Coordinator for LaPorte, TX, and is studying for his master’s degree in Environmental Business at University of Houston. Philly has owned horses for most of her life and is an outdoor enthusiast with a passion for hiking, fishing, and bicycling.
