Phil Sloan did a great job. He showed us exactly what we wanted to see in terms of listings and did not try to "fit" us into a listing just to create activity. We are very pleased with our experience with Phil.

Phillip was extremely helpful and always available when it came to any questions I had about selling my Aunts home for her. I had never done anything like this before so I definately needed his help. I would definately recommend Better Homes and Gardens.

I am an amputee and 70 yrs old. I needed a bit more assistance in all aspects of selling my home and finding a new place to land. Phil Sloan more than provided that help.

Phil was great! made the process seamless and was very communicative throughout so I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect!

Phil was great, I was a bit of a pain and he handled everything gracefully.

Available at all times and willing to meet anywhere convenient for me.

Philip has been the most calm and collected person I have dealt with in Real estate. Thank you for that cause I needed it. It was a pleasure working with him. God Bless, Kathryn Piecuch
