Overall I was satisfied with Phil as our agent. And the selling process as I am a previous agent myself. From years ago. The only concern I had was if I had a question about the deal I would message my agent, and it may be on a weekend. I wouldnt hear back till the following week day. And I kinda felt like I was being treated like I was asking too many questions and I wanted too many updates. I thought I would get better communication from all sides of the transaction. That’s all.
